How to choose

What rug size fits your room?

Leave 20 to 30 cm of floor space on every side. In a seating area, the front legs of every chair and sofa should be on the rug; under a dining table, allow for 60 cm beyond the edge of the table, so that your chair stays on the pile when you pull it out.

We hand-knot sizes over 250 cm to order; allow for approximately eight months. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one — a rug that is just too small is the only mistake you cannot fix afterwards.
