How long does delivery take?
In-stock sizes are dispatched within seven to ten business days and arrive almost everywhere within two weeks. A custom-made carpet takes six to twelve months on the loom. All lead times can be found on the delivery page.
Can I see a rug before I buy it?
Book an hour in the showroom and feel free to stand on the carpets yourself. Completely without obligation.
What size do I need?
Leave 20 to 30 cm of floor space on each side and make sure the back legs of your chairs stay on the rug. Send us the room measurements, and we will tell you which size you should choose.
Can I return a rug?
An item from stock can be returned within thirty days and we will pay for the collection. Made-to-order carpets cannot. Read the returns policy.
